1999 · 50 Yuan · Taiwan
A 50 Yuan polymer circulating commemorative banknote issued by the Bank of Taiwan in 1999 for the 50th anniversary of the New Taiwan Dollar, with serial A350964V. The obverse combines images of an early 1 Yuan note and a modern 100 Yuan note with infrastructure, industry, communications, and a holographic window. The reverse depicts the Central Bank of China building, a stylized woman with grain, and a Taipei Metro train. The PMG label identifies Pick 1990, printer CPF, polymer composition, and the commemorative status, and assigns Choice Uncirculated 64. Numista records a 166 × 72 mm polymer format and places the issue in the Republic period.
The PMG holder assigns Choice Uncirculated 64. No tears, holes, or prominent stains are apparent in the photographed polymer note. Direct inspection of the substrate, edges, and surface is limited by the holder and reflections; no EPQ designation appears on the holder.
Cataloged from the visible PMG label and the photographic agreement of the 1999 date, denomination, serial A350964V, polymer substrate, commemorative designs, and Pick 1990 attribution with the specific Numista entry.
Certified by PMG; certification number 2457884-084 is visible on the holder. No other provenance is shown in the photographs.
