Standard-circulation 1 Peso note issued by Banco Central de Cuba and dated 2002. The olive-and-black obverse shows José Martí, the BCC emblem, and red series and serial GB-09 311767. The reverse depicts Fidel Castro, Camilo Cienfuegos, and the Rebel Army entering Havana on 8 January 1959. Numista records repeated BCC-letter watermarks, a 150 × 70 mm paper format, and printing by Impresos de Seguridad in Havana. PMG identifies Pick 121b and grades the note Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.

Condition

The PMG holder assigns Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. No folds, tears, holes, or prominent stains are visible in the photographs. Direct examination of the paper and repeated BCC watermark is limited by the holder.

Cataloged from the visible PMG label and the agreement of Banco Central de Cuba, the 2002 date, denomination, GB-09 series, serial number 311767, José Martí portrait, Havana-entry reverse, and BCC watermark with the Numista entry. The certification was not verified online.
