Standard-circulation 5 Pesos note issued by Banco Nacional de Cuba and dated 1958. The black-and-green obverse shows a mounted machete attack at center and Máximo Gómez at right, with the red bank seal and red serial D619353A. The reverse combines the Cuban coat of arms with a tobacco plantation and cigar factory. Numista records a 145 × 63 mm paper format, printing by De La Rue, and demonetization on 4 August 1961. PMG identifies Pick 91a, records plate position ‘pp G,’ and grades the note Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
