An unissued 100 Riels banknote of the Banque Nationale du Cambodge, identified by the PMG label as ND (1963–1972), Pick 12b, signatures #13, and serial 81 497966. The obverse depicts the Preah Vihear temple complex; the reverse presents an aerial view of the temple. The holder identifies Giesecke & Devrient as printer and a Buddha watermark, and assigns Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. Numista places Pick 12b in the Khmer Republic period, lists it as an unissued ND (1972) variety, and records a 175 × 77 mm paper format.
The PMG holder assigns Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. No tears, holes, or prominent stains are apparent in the photographed note. Direct inspection of the paper, edges, and surface is limited by the holder and reflections.
