2022 · 5 Dollars · Belize
A 5 Dollars banknote issued by the Central Bank of Belize and dated 1 December 2022, with serial EB275250. The obverse features Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Vladimir Tiara, Thomas Potts, fish, the Belize coat of arms, and a jade head. The reverse combines the bathing kraal and cannon, a summer residence, the tomb of Thomas Potts, a map of St. George’s Caye, a toucan, and a Baird’s tapir. The PMG label identifies Pick 67i, printer FC-O, and a carved-head-and-FIVE watermark and assigns Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. Numista catalogs the broader Pick 67 type in the 1997 and 2003 issues series and includes a 2022 dated variety.
The PMG holder assigns Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. No tears, holes, or prominent stains are apparent in the photographed note. Direct inspection of the paper, edges, and surface is limited by the holder and reflections.
Cataloged from the visible PMG label and the photographic agreement of the issuer, 2022 date, denomination, serial EB275250, Queen Elizabeth II portrait, reverse designs, printer, watermark, and Pick 67i holder attribution with the Numista type entry. Numista currently labels the 2022 row only as Pick 67 variety rather than 67i.
Certified by PMG; certification number 2457409-044 is visible on the holder. No other provenance is shown in the photographs.
