Create and verify an account
Open Customer Account, choose Create account, and submit your email address and a password of at least 14 characters. Follow the verification link sent to the submitted address before signing in.
- Verification and reset links are time limited and intended for one account action.
- If a link has expired, request a new verification or password-reset message from the account page.
- For privacy, account forms may use the same confirmation wording whether or not an address is registered.
Sign in and recover access
Use your verified email and password to sign in. Choose Reset password if you cannot access the account, then follow the instructions sent to the eligible address.
Keep account access safe
Never send your password or an account link to Mintiax support. Open account links only when you requested the action, and contact support if a message appears unexpected.
Separate customer and staff access
A customer account never grants access to Mintiax administration, even if the same email address is used for both.
